Schmalz ROB-SET ECBPMi – Set di pinze elettriche a vuoto per cobot
La serie ROB-SET ECBPMi di Schmalz offre soluzioni complete pronte per il collegamento per la movimentazione automatizzata con robot collaborativi e leggeri. Ogni set si basa sul generatore di vuoto elettrico CobotPump ECBPMi e include tutti i componenti necessari per una rapida integrazione: generatore di vuoto, adattatore flangiato, ventosa e cavo di collegamento.
Grazie alla generazione di vuoto elettrica, non è necessaria alcuna alimentazione di aria compressa, rendendo l'installazione estremamente semplice. I set sono ottimizzati per le marche di robot più diffuse, come Universal Robots, FANUC, ABB, Dobot, igus e altre. Con il principio Plug & Work e il software opzionale URCap, la messa in servizio è intuitiva e veloce.
Perfetto per applicazioni come pick-and-place, imballaggio, assemblaggio e bin-picking, in particolare per pezzi ermetici fino a circa 3 kg.

Plug-and-play vacuum handling for FAIRINO robots
The ECBPMi FAIRINO from Schmalz has been specially developed for rapid integration with FAIRINO lightweight robots and enables immediate implementation of automated pick-and-place processes. All components are optimally coordinated with one another, reducing engineering, procurement and assembly costs to a minimum. Thanks to the integrated electric vacuum generator, there is no need to connect to a central compressed air supply, which reduces installation costs and allows new automation applications to be implemented flexibly. The pre-configured complete set significantly speeds up commissioning and ensures reliable, reproducible handling of a wide variety of workpieces in production, assembly and logistics.
