FAIRINO FR16 Collaborative Robot

The FAIRINO FR16 is a 6-axis collaborative robot designed for material handling, assembly, and manufacturing applications that require a higher payload capacity. With a 16 kg payload, a 1034 mm reach, and a repeatability of ±0.03 mm, it handles workpieces, grippers, and tools with precision and reliability. Open interfaces and support for EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus enable seamless integration into PLC and industrial automation environments. SDKs for Python, C++, C#, ROS, and ROS2 make the cobot particularly well suited for machine tending, palletizing, welding, and material handling applications.

Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, and EtherCAT are available as standard. In addition, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and CC-Link can be integrated. This enables seamless connectivity with machines, PLC systems, and other automation components. Compatibility with Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Codesys, Rockwell Studio 5000, and B&R simplifies project implementation across a wide range of control environments. Comprehensive digital and analog I/O on the controller also enables direct connection of sensors, grippers, and peripheral devices.
