The FR‑40‑80 small conveyor features a compact, contour‑free internal‑drive design ideal for tight installation spaces. With a 40 mm frame height, 80 mm width and a 65 mm belt width, it ensures reliable transport. It supports center distances from 350 to 1600 mm and handles loads up to 50 N or 100 N at speeds between 0.5–10 m/min. High‑quality stainless‑steel glide plates and anodized aluminum profiles ensure long life and precise belt tracking.

The 24 V DC drive enables simple integration into automation systems. Speed is adjustable via a 0–10 V analog signal, including stop function and optional 110% speed boost. An encoder can be added for position feedback, while item‑profile compatibility allows easy mounting and modular extensions.
