<p>igus offers Delta robots for a wide variety of tasks. The 3-axis Delta LCA-DR1000-03 was specially developed for fast pick & place tasks and is optionally available with a suitable controller. With a reach of 1,000 mm and a pick rate of 96 picks/minute, it sets new standards for cost-effective automation. The combination of precision and speed makes this robot ideal for end-of-line applications. </p>

The weight of an end effector will decrease the available payload of your robot.

In this particular customer application, the task was to transport snail shells to various positions within a cycle time defined by the customer. The main challenge was selecting an appropriate end effector, as the snail shells needed to remain undamaged throughout the process.

After careful consideration and analysis of the requirements, the decision was made to use a SoftGripper. This type of gripper is characterized by its flexibility and adaptability, allowing it to conform to the shape of the delicate snail shells. This not only ensures safe transportation but also minimizes the risk of damage.

The choice of the SoftGripper was crucial for the success of the application, as conventional grippers, due to their rigid structure, would not have been able to handle the fragile snail shells without causing damage. By using the SoftGripper, the required cycle time could be met while preserving the integrity of the snail shells.

In this video, we present an advanced solution for downstream sprue separation of clip bearings in injection molding production. The application utilizes a Delta robot system, IRC, rotary conveyor, an igus vacuum gripper with rotation unit, and a Zimmer gripper to optimize the process and increase efficiency.

The setup of the Delta robot and the integration of the IRC are shown, as well as the operation of the rotary conveyor and the camera for precise detection and separation of sprues. The igus vacuum gripper with rotation unit is demonstrated in action, handling the clip bearings safely and efficiently. The Zimmer gripper complements the process with its precise gripping technique. The entire system operates smoothly and efficiently thanks to reliable power and data transmission.

Il video inizia nell'area di test igus. Quest'area speciale è progettata per testare la fattibilità di vari processi. Il focus di questo video è su uno speciale processo di confezionamento. Il processo inizia con un nastro trasportatore che trasporta un vassoio di plastica vuoto. Questo vassoio è l'elemento principale da confezionare. Il nastro trasportatore si muove a una velocità costante e uniforme per garantire un flusso costante di vassoi. Il passaggio successivo del processo viene eseguito da un robot Delta. Questo robot all'avanguardia è noto per la sua velocità e precisione. Non appena un vassoio raggiunge l'estremità del nastro trasportatore, il robot delta lo raccoglie.  di Colonia è stato realizzato un setup per un test test di un cliente. L'obiettivo del test era valutare il processo di pick & place per l'industria alimentare. In particolare, l'obiettivo era quello di raccogliere e posizionare i funghi dal nastro trasportatore. Sono stati utilizzati i seguenti componenti:

L'impostazione del test ha permesso di testare l'efficienza e la precisione del processo di pick & place. La combinazione del Delta robot igus e della telecamera 2D ifm offre una soluzione affidabile per le attività automatizzate

Questo video presenta una configurazione di prova del cliente in cui piccoli componenti vengono spostati su un nastro trasportatore in una cella robotizzata.

All'inizio del video, vediamo come vengono posizionati i piccoli componenti sul primo nastro trasportatore. Vengono quindi trasportati nella cella del robot. Una telecamera posizionata strategicamente nella cella rileva l'esatta posizione delle parti sul nastro.

Una volta che la telecamera ha catturato le coordinate delle parti, queste informazioni vengono trasmesse a un Delta robot montato sulla parte superiore. Questo robot è dotato di una pinza rotante pneumatica che afferra i pezzi con precisione.

Il Delta robot si muove quindi, controllato dalle coordinate fornite dalla telecamera, e posiziona sempre le parti con lo stesso orientamento sul secondo nastro trasportatore.

Il video si conclude con un primo piano delle parti correttamente posizionate sul secondo nastro trasportatore. Questo processo dimostra la precisione e l'efficienza della cella robotica nella manipolazione di piccoli componenti.

A RBTX è stato chiesto di eseguire un test del cliente utilizzando un Delta robot a 3 assi. Lo scopo del test è dimostrare come il robot preleva un pezzo da un asse lineare e poi lo posiziona in sicurezza su un altro asse lineare.
